In order to enable customers to receive packages faster, it is recommended that customers make advance payments after receiving the prepayment email. Since October 15, WeChat/Alipay two payment channels have been online, and bank transfer payment channels will also be online soon.
If the customer has not received our prepayment email, it may mean that the package does not need to pay taxes/storage fees; It is also possible that FedEx does not have a customer's email address, which prevents it from sending prepaid emails. If you need this service, customers can proactively contact us and provide an email so that we can send the prepayment email to the email.
